Clinical Massage
Clinical massage is a non-invasive therapy that uses gentle bodywork techniques to rehabilitate animals from muscular injury and helps to support orthopaedic issues like arthritis. Benefits include: Relief from chronic pain or discomfort, immune support, improved circulation as well as slowing down muscle atrophy as a result of inactivity or disuse.
Acupressure
The benefits of acupressure have been recognised for over 4,000 years and the hands-on techniques that we use have been applied to animals for as long as they have been used to promote health in humans. It is safe, non-invasive and gentle, yet powerful. Suitable for general health maintenance and useful for resolving issues such as digestive problems, allergies, arthritis and anxiety, as well as promoting healing from surgery and healthy ageing.
Hydrotherapy / Fitness Swim (1Q2018)
Hydrotherapy is water therapy directed at treating a wide range of conditions in a non-weight bearing environment. Together with proper veterinary care, it can improve the quality and rate of healing following surgery or traumatic injury. Benefits include: Pain relief, increased range of motion, improved cardiovascular fitness, muscle maintenance or strengthening, as well as gait modification or re-training.
Since 1993
Like you, we care about animals.
That is why we demand specialised professional training for our therapists and are investing in a state-of-the-art facility that is conveniently located in Sai Ying Pun on Hong Kong island.
We are deeply committed to the health and welfare of Hong Kong’s animals and want to provide more options for them to stay fit and healthy so that they can enjoy good quality of life.
Our goal is to make step-down, integrative care available, accessible and affordable. Long term, our vision is to be recognised as a centre of excellence in Asia for compassionate, professional integrative care in animal health management.

How to reach us
The design and construction of Heal's rehabilitation centre is currently underway and is expected to complete in the first quarter of 2018, in the Year of the Dog. Once completed, the centre will include a purpose built, 6m x 3m hydrotherapy pool designed and engineered by Barr + Wray - the UK's leading provider of commercial swimming pools.
Until the completion of the centre, clinical massage and acupressure services are currently available as a home-based service.
